Maccabi Slovakia associates more than 200 Jewish sportsmen that represent us not only in Slovakia, but also on many international competitions. The most important are Maccabi European Games and Maccabi World Games in Israel. Maccabi Games, also know as Jewish Olympics, were first held in 1932. There were 390 athletes from 14 countries.
Today, Maccabiah is with the participation of 8000 athletes from 55 countries, the 3rd biggest sport event in the world.
